Orders over $125 are freight FREE if sent by US or International airmail. Delivery takes from 7 to10 days.
Retail Orders
This web site is designed for Wholesale Orders with a $100 minimum purchase. All orders below $100.00 attract a small order charge which is a 50% increase on the wholesale price.
Unless specified all orders are shipped by international airmail and take between 7 to 10 days to arrive from shipment date.
If the product you like is on back order, we'll partial-ship your order immediately, then send you the out-of-stock item when it becomes available at no additional shipping cost to you.
RETURNS ...
All returns are a subject to approval by Number One Jewelry. No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a return authorization (RA#) within thirty(30) days of receipt of merchandise. Either call +649 818-8030 or send an email to returns@numberonejewelry.com to obtain a return authorization number.
Returns must be made within fifteen(15) days after obtaining the RA#.
Each package returned must have the RA# clearly marked on the shipping label.
Number One Jewelry is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear.
Number One Jewelry only accepts returned merchandise if the said merchandise had manufacturing defects, if they were of unsatisfactory quality, or if they were erroneously sent to a customer.
Authorized returns are accepted for store credits and exchange only.
There will be ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS.
We reserve the right to correct any errors found in our price list, catalog or invoice. All weights are approximate and may vary within a minimum percentage.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Worn, broken or damaged items cannot be returned. If your item is defective, we will refund your return shipping and handling charges and send you a replacement item immediately, or issue you a full credit.
Returns need to be carefully packaged, and we suggest you use the original shipping boxes if possible.
PLEASE NOTE: SOFT SIDED PACKAGING ALLOWS FOR EASY DAMAGE IN SHIPPING. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT ARE SHIPPED IN ENVELOPES OR SOFT PACKAGING. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED IN A CRUSH-PROOF BOX TO PREVENT DAMAGE.
For your protection against damage and loss during shipping, please make sure you insure your return package (with either the US Postal Service or UPS) for at least the full price of the product.
